We the Discalsed Carmelite fathers of Manjummel Province celebrated the 61 st death anniversary of our Venerable Father Zacharias ocd at Manjummel.Before the sun rose in the beautiful landscape and the historical place Manjummel, had already started illumining from the tomb venerable Fr. Zacharias .The day was splendid with joy and grace by the presence and message of Rev.Fr provincial in his inaugural address. Fr Zacharias was the defender of faith. The life and teaching of Fr. Zacharias was presented by.Rev.Fr. Justin panakacal in the seminar.The prayer session was lead by Frs. Jisan and Rapson followed by cultural events. Thanksgiving Mass was celebrated at 4.p.m., presided over by Most Rev. James Annaprambil , the Bishop of Alleppey.
